I had a problem with my toilet. After numerous attempts to self-diagnose (with the help of YouTube) and fix the problem it became apparent that this was a job for a professional plumber. At that point I called Claire, who came out promptly and diagnosed the problem in a very straight forward way which I could understand. The problem was soon fixed by her colleague (also Claire). The whole process was carried out in the most professional, efficient and friendly way possible. The price for the job also represented excellent value for money. I would not fail to recommend PLP to anybody who wants an honest, professional and economical solution to any plumbing problems. 11 out of 10!
